Shipping Information

  • Most in-stock products  & materials are processed within 1 to 3 business days for shipping. Please see the checkout page for an estimated transit delivery time.
  • Shortly after you place your, a sales agent will follow up with you to ensure your order is being fullfilled and provide any additional information. Shipping information will follow thereafter.
  • For special orders and custom productions we normally require anywhere 2-8 weeks unless otherwise noted on our website or by a sales team member.
  • For most orders we utilize UPS, Fedex & USPS courier services. For large orders, we will use freight carrier trucking services. These include door delivery and liftgate service for easy unloading.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by our shipping brokerage service. Rates may be revised from time to time. Please feel free to contact us directly at info@habituscollection or 1-800-729-5120 to confirm delivery costs.
  • We normally ship in corrugated boxes, either loose on stacked on a pallet.
  • We deliver to your home, business or jobsite. We will coordinate the best service with you at time of order shipping.
  • We dispatch shipments Monday thru Friday, 7am until 5pm EST.
  • We will provide you with a tracking number once order is dispatched, and we will monitor the shipment to ensure delivery.
  • SICIS mosaic products are shipped directly from the manufacturers distribution center. SICIS Warranty, Terms and Conditions apply.
  • International Shipments – we do not collect applicable taxes or customs duties in the destination country. Those are normally due and paid directly to the collecting agency.

Delivery

  • Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and packing information including a list of the materials.
  • Once you receive your delivery, please count and check that you have received all the items you ordered.
  • If there are any damages or missing packages, first please make note of it to the delivery person and contact our customer support to begin a claim.
  • Claims must be processed within 24 to 72 hours of receipt.
  • For damages, please take any pictures and e-mail them to customer support. this is essential to begin a damage claim.

Returns

  • Due to the range of various products we sell, return details are published on each product page. See the Additional Information Tab.
  • No returns or refunds for SICIS mosaic products.
  • We may impose a 25% restocking fee.
  • Returns accepted with restocking fee up to 14 days after delivery.
  • No returns for special orders or custom items.
  • Installation means acceptance, no returns on used materials.
  • All products should in their full and original packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We do assist with return shipping labels, fees may apply.

Samples

  • Whenever possible we try to ship samples for free. Some products may be only available for purchase by the piece.
  • Free shipping by U.S. postal service.
  • Delivery time is approx. 3 to 5 days.
  • No returns or refunds for samples.
