For special orders and custom productions we normally require anywhere 2-8 weeks unless otherwise noted on our website or by a sales team member.
For most orders we utilize UPS, Fedex & USPS courier services. For large orders, we will use freight carrier trucking services. These include door delivery and liftgate service for easy unloading.

We normally ship in corrugated boxes, either loose on stacked on a pallet.
We deliver to your home, business or jobsite. We will coordinate the best service with you at time of order shipping.
We dispatch shipments Monday thru Friday, 7am until 5pm EST.
We will provide you with a tracking number once order is dispatched, and we will monitor the shipment to ensure delivery.
SICIS mosaic products are shipped directly from the manufacturers distribution center. SICIS Warranty, Terms and Conditions apply.
International Shipments – we do not collect applicable taxes or customs duties in the destination country. Those are normally due and paid directly to the collecting agency.
Once we ship your order, we will provide you with a tracking number and packing information including a list of the materials.
Once you receive your delivery, please count and check that you have received all the items you ordered.
If there are any damages or missing packages, first please make note of it to the delivery person and contact our customer support to begin a claim.
For damages, please take any pictures and e-mail them to customer support. this is essential to begin a damage claim.

Whenever possible we try to ship samples for free. Some products may be only available for purchase by the piece.
